Client	John Holland Group
Location	Process Buildings - Pluto LNG Project, Burrup Peninsula, Western Australia
Scope	Supply & Install Waterproof Membrane System
	In 2009 Kulin Group where engaged to supply and install in excess of 6,000 m2 of an EPDM sheet membrane water proofing system to the roofs associated with the sub stations and FAR buildings on site at the Pluto LNG Project on the Burrup Peninsula. During the undertaking of these works it was vital that the construction program of the client as well numerous other trades working concurrently on site was maintained with minimal disruption. Client	Mirvac
Location	Leighton Beach Apartments - Stage 1 - Perth, Western Australia
Scope	AFS Logicwall Installation
	In 2009 Kulin Group were awarded a portion of the construction works associated with the first stage of the Leighton Beach Apartments by Mirvac on the foreshore of Leighton Beach. Given the prestige of this project for Mirvac, along with it being the first multilevel construction project in the new Leighton Beach precinct it was paramount that the installation of the AFS Logicwall system be carried out in a safe and proficient manner. During the undertaking of these works it was vital that Kulin Group worked in close conjunction with a wide variety of trades to ensure all elements of the construction process be completed to a high standard. Client	Fremantle Ports
Location	Kwinana Bulk Terminal Berth 2 - Kwinana, Western Australia
Scope	Concrete Repair & Supply & Installation of an Impressed Current Cathodic Protection System.
	In 2005 Kulin Group were awarded the contract to carry out the concrete repair works to the soffit and beams and the design and installation of an Impressed Current Cathodic Protection system to the KBT Wharf in Kwinana. As this wharf was to remain in continuous service for the duration of the originally proposed 6 month works program, it was necessary for Kulin Group to carry out these works to the highest standard possible without impacting on the Wharf operations. This required the implementation and maintenance of a detailed safety management plan for onsite personnel as well works programs and schedules that kept site delays to a minimum as works progressed. Despite these unusual challenges faced on a daily basis Kulin Group completed these initial works in a safe and timely manner and have remained on site at the Clients request to continue with ongoing works. Client	Ausclad Group of Companies (AGC)
Location	Pluto LNG Project - Burrup Peninsula, Western Australia
Scope	Precision Grouting Installation
	In 2008 Kulin Group where engaged to undertake a large portion of the precision grouting works associated with the process equipment being installed on site at the Pluto LNG Project. A "leading edge" component of the Pluto LNG project was the fact the majority of plant infrastructure was to be fabricated off site prior to being transported and installed onto pre positioned pedestals and plinths. Given the complexity of this process and the extremely low tolerance for error during installation it was necessary that the precision grouting of this equipment be carried out to the highest possible standard. During the undertaking of these works it was vital that the construction program of the client as well numerous other trades working concurrently on site was maintained with minimal disruption. Client	Department of Infrastructure, Planning & Environment
Location	Stokes Hill Wharf - Darwin, Northern Territory
Scope	Supply & Installation of an Impressed Current Cathodic Protection System
	In 2003 Kulin Group were chosen to supply and install an Impressed Current Cathodic Protection system for the Stokes Hill Wharf in Darwin Northern Territory. With the Stokes Hill Wharf being an integral part of Northern Territory infrastructure, it was the responsibility of Kulin Group to carry out these works to the highest standard possible. Kulin Groups Northern Territory team were faced with a number of unique challenges and obstacles to ensure this project was completed successfully as the wharf had to remain in service for the duration of the works as well contending with a daily 8 meter tide. This required the implementation of a detailed safety management plan for on site personnel as well works programs and schedules that kept site delays to a minimum as works progressed.
