Kulin Group was established in Australia's bicentennial year of 1988, as Kulin Holdings Pty Ltd. The company was created with the specific objective of marketing on a global basis, high quality surface coatings.

Kulin quickly developed a distribution network, encompassing all Australian states, New Zealand and Indonesia.

The company underwent a major restructuring in 1993, when the marketing emphasis was redirected into contracting, with the major distribution of products assuming a supportive role. The product distribution network was subsequently disposed of in 1998.

A further restructuring in 1998 has resulted in an expanded management team with specific focus on providing “Global Best Practice” refurbishment services, for concrete and steel in the Construction, Mining, Marine, Gas and Oil industries in Australia, the Pacific region and Asian markets.

Kulin has branch representation in the Pilbara, Kalgoorlie and Darwin and is expanding further throughout Australia and Asia/Pacific region.
